9bf1d4c5ac probably fix editing scheduled notes - fixes #934 
the result of `notes/schedule/list` needs to be shaped like an array
of `Packed<'Note'>`, but it wasn't

now it's much closer, and I can edit scheduled quotes and replies

+ improve, cleanup, and de-duplicate quote resolution
+ add warning message when quote cannot be loaded
